Ceramic Guarantee Registration

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering. If you have any questions, please contact us.

1. All ceramic coated vehicles must be only hand washed, or occasionally washed in touch-free car washes. Using a brush car wash will void this guarantee.
2. Our ceramic guarantee covers installation error and product defect for 5 years, or limited lifetime should you choose to have a ceramic coating maintenance package performed annually. If you opt-in to limited lifetime coverage, this guarantee is non-transferable.
3. Any body damage or re-painted panels must be disclosed immediately. Failure to have any re-painted panels re-coated in a timely manner may void your guarantee.
4. Absolutely no abrasive chemicals or processes such as machine polishing, hand polishing, acid based chemicals, or non vehicle specific maintenance products may be used to clean or maintain the vehicle.
5. Dr. Auto Spa has the exclusive right to deny a guarantee claim based on neglect, abuse, or disregard for our after-care instructions.
