Welcome to Dr. Auto Spa. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, effective December 1st, 2023.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Dr. Auto Spa's website and social media, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the private intellectual property of Dr. Auto Spa. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Booking Fee: A booking fee may be requested at the time of scheduling your appointment. This nonrefundable fee will be applied to your reservation upon keeping the appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

• Deposits for Large Jobs: For extensive services such as full car Paint Protection Film (PPF), and full car wet-sanding projects, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers expenses associated with the materials needed for the job. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to review the work performed together and determine a fair and reasonable solution.

• While our non-refund policy does not allow for refunds, we stand behind our service quality and will correct any mistakes or offer to redo a service to meet our standards.

• If a peaceful resolution cannot be achieved, Dr. Auto Spa reserves the right to seek legal counsel.

Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Dr. Auto Spa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, so please review them frequently.
